Citation and commencement

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Geographical Indications (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 21 November 2019.
Compoundable offences
The offences under sections 25, 29 and 30 of the Act may be compounded by the Registrar, or any person authorised by the Registrar, in accordance with section 81 of the Act.
