3. Form of certificates
Feedback & support(1)
The interim Maritime Labour Certificate issued under section 51 of the Act shall be in the form set out in the Second Schedule.
(2)
The Maritime Labour Certificate issued under section 52 of the Act shall be in the form set out in the Third Schedule.
Subregulation 1
The interim Maritime Labour Certificate issued under section 51 of the Act shall be in the form set out in the Second Schedule.
