Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Definition of Ship) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2014.

The categories of ships set out in the Schedule are hereby declared to be excluded from the application of the Act for the purpose of the definition of “ship” in the Act.
