Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation Funds (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 9 March 2015.
Compoundable offence
An offence under section 21(4) of the Act may be compounded by a public officer authorised by the Minister, in accordance with section 25(1) of the Act.
