Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Protection from Harassment (Prescribed Internet Intermediaries and Others) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 April 2020.

Citation and commencement

For the purpose of section 15C(2)(b) of the Act, the prescribed internet intermediaries are as follows:
Facebook, Inc., in respect of —
Facebook; and
Instagram;
Twitter, Inc., in respect of Twitter;
SPH Magazines Pte. Ltd., in respect of HardwareZone.com;
WeChat International Pte. Ltd., in respect of WeChat;
Google LLC, in respect of YouTube.
Targeted correction order
For the purpose of section 15D(2)(b) of the Act, the prescribed internet intermediaries are as follows:
Facebook, Inc., in respect of —
Facebook; and
Instagram;
Twitter, Inc., in respect of Twitter;
SPH Magazines Pte. Ltd., in respect of HardwareZone.com;
WeChat International Pte. Ltd., in respect of WeChat; (e)Google LLC, in respect of YouTube.
General correction order
For the purposes of section 15E(2)(a) of the Act, the prescribed holder of a permit under section 21 of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act (Cap. 206) is Singapore Press Holdings Limited.
For the purposes of section 15E(2)(b) of the Act, the prescribed broadcasting licensees within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act (Cap. 28) are as follows:
Mediacorp Pte. Ltd.;
Mediacorp TV Singapore Pte Ltd;
Starhub Cable Vision Ltd.;
SingNet Pte Ltd.
For the purpose of section 15E(2)(c) of the Act, the prescribed holders of a licence under section 5 of the Telecommunications Act (Cap. 323) are as follows:
Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte. Ltd.;
Starhub Mobile Pte Ltd;
M1 Limited.
For the purpose of section 15E(2)(d) of the Act, the prescribed internet intermediaries are as follows:
Facebook, Inc., in respect of —
