Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Remote Gambling (Access and Payment Blocking Orders) Regulations 2015 and shall come into operation on 2 February 2015.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Remote Gambling (Access and Payment Blocking Orders) Regulations 2015 and shall come into operation on 2 February 2015.
Prescribed period to take down
For the purposes of section 20(4) of the Act, the prescribed period is a period of 14 days after the date of a notice under section 20(4)(a) of the Act to the relevant online location proprietor within the meaning of that section.
Prescribed period to appeal
For the purposes of section 23(2) of the Act, the prescribed period within which an appeal against a decision referred to in section 23(1) of the Act is to be made to the Minister is 28 days after the date that the decision appealed against is received by the appellant.
