13. Term of office
Feedback & supportEvery member of an institutional review board holds office for a term (not exceeding 5 years) determined by the research institution and will be eligible for re-appointment.
Any member of an institutional review board may resign from his or her appointment at any time by giving written notice to the chairperson of the board.
