6. Change of information and particulars
Feedback & supportEvery research institution must notify the Director‑General in the applicable form set out at the relevant website of any change to the information and particulars notified under regulation 3, 4 or 5 no later than 30 days after the date the institution or the principal person in charge designated by the institution first becomes aware of the change, whichever is the earlier.
A research institution who or which contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction —
in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both; or
in any other case, to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
Subregulation 1
