Change of information and particulars
Subregulation 1
Every tissue bank must notify the Director‑General in the applicable form set out at the relevant website of any change to the information and particulars notified under regulation 4, 5 or 6 no later than 30 days after the date the tissue bank or the principal person in charge designated first becomes aware of the change, whichever is the earlier.
Subregulation 2
A tissue bank who or which contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction —
in the case of an individual, to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both; or
in any other case, to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
