Regulation 2
No-public drinking period
The no-public drinking periods for public places are as follows:
where the public place is not in a Liquor Control Zone, beginning at 10.30 p.m. of one day and ending immediately before 7 a.m. of the next day;
where the public place is in a Liquor Control Zone —
beginning at 10.30 p.m. on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday that is not the eve of a public holiday, and ending immediately before 7 a.m. the next day;
beginning at 10.30 p.m. on any Friday that is not the eve of a public holiday, and ending immediately before 7 a.m. the following Monday;
beginning at 7 p.m. on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday that is the eve of a public holiday and —
ending immediately before 7 a.m. on the day immediately after the public holiday that is not itself a public holiday; or
where the public holiday is, or ends on, a Friday or Saturday, ending immediately before 7 a.m. the following Monday.
