Regulation 7
Consumption permit holder must produce permit
Subregulation 1
The event organiser must, if requested by a police officer, produce the event organiser’s consumption permit for inspection.
Subregulation 2
An event organiser who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
