Definitions
In this Order —“electronic commerce platform” means an online platform that —
enables an individual to buy an item online through the platform;
allows the individual to pay for the item online through the platform; and
automatically confirms with the individual a delivery address for the item;“telecommunication service” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Telecommunications Act 1999.

“telecommunication service” has the meaning given by section 2 of the Telecommunications Act 1999.
Specified circumstances
Section 4(1) of the Act does not apply in the following circumstances:
the person only supplies liquor by providing an online service (other than an electronic commerce platform) through which another person supplies liquor;
the person only supplies liquor by providing a telecommunication service through which another person supplies liquor.
