reg 1Citation and commencement

This Notification may be cited as the Media Development Authority of Singapore (Regulated Persons) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 15th April 2003.

reg 2Regulated persons

The persons specified in the first column of the Schedule are specified to be regulated persons for the purposes of the provisions specified in the second column thereof.
