3. Exemption for warning notices relating to non‑motorised three‑wheeled pedal cycles and non‑motorised recumbent devices

Section 31(1) of the Act does not apply to a person in respect of a requirement to display any warning notice stating to the effect that the riding of a non‑motorised three‑wheeled pedal cycle or non‑motorised recumbent device on any road is unlawful.
