Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Active Mobility (Fees) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 1 May 2018.
Fees for moving vehicles, articles or things
Where a vehicle is moved, or caused to be moved, to a holding yard or to another place under section 45 of the Act, the owner of the vehicle must pay to the Authority a fee for that moving specified in the First Schedule.
Where a vehicle is seized and moved to a holding yard under section 50(1)(a) of the Act, the owner of the vehicle at the time of moving must pay to the Authority a fee for that moving specified in the First Schedule.
Where an article or thing (other than a vehicle) is moved, or caused to be removed, under section 46 of the Act, the owner of the article or thing must pay to the Authority a fee for that moving specified in the First Schedule.
Fees for storing vehicles, articles or things
Where a vehicle is stored in a holding yard or any other place for the purposes of section 45, 50 or 51 of the Act, the owner of the vehicle must pay to the Authority a fee for that storing at the applicable rate specified in the Second Schedule.
Where an article or thing (other than a vehicle) is stored in a holding yard for the purposes of section 46 of the Act, the owner of the article or thing must pay to the Authority a fee for that storing at the applicable rate specified in the Second Schedule.
Waiver of fees
The Authority may waive the payment (in whole or part) of any fee payable under these Regulations.
