In these Regulations, “electronic service system” means the system providing for electronic service established under section 43 of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act 1995.

Subregulation 1

For the purposes of section 64(5)(d) of the Act, a document in relation to a matter specified in the First Schedule is authorised to be served through the electronic service system on the Authority.
Subregulation 2

For the purposes of section 64(5)(d) of the Act, a document in relation to a matter specified in the Second Schedule is authorised to be served through the electronic service system on an individual, a partnership, a body corporate or an unincorporated association.
