Citation
This Order is the Active Mobility (Footpaths — Temporary Discontinuation) (No. 3) Order 2025.
Definitions
In this Order —“Map 1 footpath” means the footpath delineated by the black‑coloured line in Map 1 set out in the First Schedule;“Map 2 footpath” means the footpath delineated by the black‑coloured line in Map 2 set out in the First Schedule.
“Map 1 footpath” means the footpath delineated by the black‑coloured line in Map 1 set out in the First Schedule;
“Map 2 footpath” means the footpath delineated by the black‑coloured line in Map 2 set out in the First Schedule.
Temporary discontinuation
Each footpath specified in the first column of the Second Schedule is temporarily discontinued as a footpath starting on a date and time specified opposite in the second column, and ending on a date and time so specified opposite.
