Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Early Childhood Development Centres (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 2 January 2019.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Early Childhood Development Centres (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 2 January 2019.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Chief Licensing Officer or any authorised officer authorised in writing by the Chief Licensing Officer in accordance with section 42 of the Act:
any offence under section 19(3) or 35(3)(a) or (b) of the Act;
an offence under regulation 64(10) of the Early Childhood Development Centres Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 890/2018).
