Protected Areas (No. 5) Order 2006

This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 5) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2006.

The area described in the second column of the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer.

Item (5) in the Schedule to the Protected Areas (Consolidation) Order (O 1) is deleted.
