Costs of examination
Subregulation 1
A creditor who applies for an order under section 335 of the Act is to bear the expenses of the examination unless the Court otherwise orders.
Subregulation 2
In no case are the costs and expenses of an examination to fall personally on the trustee of the estate of the bankrupt in question.
