Regulation 145

Application for modification of order

Where a bankrupt applies to the Court to modify the terms of an order discharging the bankrupt, on the ground that there is no reasonable probability of the bankrupt being in a position to comply with its terms, the bankrupt must give 14 days’ notice of the day fixed for the hearing of the application to the trustee of the bankrupt’s estate and to all creditors who have proved their debts in respect of the bankruptcy.
