Regulation 36
Service by and on solicitor
Subregulation 1
A solicitor serving any process or other document must endorse on the process or document (as the case may be) the solicitor’s name or that of the solicitor’s firm and the address at which the solicitor will accept service of documents on behalf of the person the solicitor represents.
Subregulation 2
Any process or other document which does not require personal service is deemed to be sufficiently served upon a person represented by a solicitor if left at the solicitor’s address for service.
