Time of service
Subregulation 1
Service effected before 4 p.m. on a working day is, for the purpose of computing time, deemed to have been effected on that day, and, in any other case, on the working day next following.
Subregulation 2
In this rule, “working day” means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday.
