Regulation 75
Grounds of creditor’s bankruptcy application
In addition to the other matters which are required by these Rules to be stated in the affidavit supporting a creditor’s bankruptcy application, the creditor must —
(a)
explain in the affidavit how the conditions and grounds specified in sections 310 and 311, respectively, of the Act for the making of a bankruptcy application have been satisfied; and
(b)
where the bankruptcy application is made in reliance of section 314 of the Act, explain in the affidavit how the condition in section 314(a) of the Act is satisfied.
