Regulation 134

Application for costs

Where any person affected by any proceedings in a winding up desires to make an application for an order that the person be allowed the person’s costs or any part of the costs incidental to such proceedings, and the application is not made at the time of the proceedings —

(a)

the person must serve notice of the person’s intended application on the liquidator in question;

(b)

the liquidator may appear on the application and object to the application; and

(c)

no costs of or incidental to the application are to be allowed to the person unless the Court is satisfied that the application could not have been made at the time of the proceedings.
