Costs ordered by Court or Judge to be paid by VCC or sub‑fund, etc.
Subregulation 1
Rule 134 does not apply to or affect costs which, in the course of legal proceedings by or against a VCC or an umbrella VCC in respect of its sub‑fund, are ordered by the Court in which such proceedings are pending or a Judge to be paid by the VCC or the umbrella VCC for the sub‑fund or by the liquidator.
Subregulation 2
Rule 134 does not affect the rights of the person to whom the costs mentioned in paragraph (1) are payable.
