Application to Court for inquiry into VCC’s or sub‑fund’s dealings, etc.
Subregulation 1
An application to the Court under section 244(1) of the IRDA to summon any person to appear before the Court must be made without notice.
Subregulation 2
The order to the person to appear before the Court issued by the Court under section 244(1) of the IRDA pursuant to the application is to be in Form VCCWUR‑46.
