Law to apply where no applicable rule
Where there is no express provision in these Rules on any matter, the court may apply (with the necessary modifications) to that matter a provision in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution (Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring) Rules 2020 (G.N. No. S 603/2020) on the same matter.
