Defect or irregularity in appointment or election of officeholders
No defect or irregularity in the appointment or election of a receiver or manager of the property of a VCC or sub‑fund, a liquidator, or a member of a committee of inspection (each called an officeholder) vitiates any act done by the officeholder in good faith.
