Regulation 72
Chairperson of meeting of creditors or contributories
Subregulation 1
The liquidator, or a person nominated by the liquidator, is to be the chairperson of a meeting of creditors or contributories summoned by the liquidator, other than a meeting of creditors or contributories mentioned in paragraph (2).
Subregulation 2
At a meeting of the creditors or contributories that is summoned by the liquidator at the instance of one or more other persons, the chairperson is to be the person whom the meeting by resolution appoints.
