Adjournment
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (2), the chairperson of a meeting may, with the consent of the meeting, adjourn it from time to time and from place to place.
Subregulation 2
If the meeting is adjourned under paragraph (1) —
(a)
the chairperson must issue to the creditors or contributories a notice of adjournment of meeting in accordance with Form VCCWUR‑21; and (b)the adjourned meeting must be held at the same place as the original place of meeting unless in the resolution for adjournment another place is specified or unless the Court otherwise orders.
