Regulation 12

Mode of proof

A debt must be proved by filing with the liquidator by any of the following means a declaration verifying the debt:

(a)

sending through the post;

(b)

any other means agreed between the liquidator and the creditor of the VCC or sub‑fund (as the case may be) filing the proof.
