Notice of meeting under section 165(7) of IRDA
For the purposes of section 165(7) of the IRDA, the notice that is required to be lodged within 7 days after a meeting under section 165(1) of the IRDA is held must be in accordance with Form VCC(VWU)‑10, and must state —
(a)
the name of the VCC to which the meeting relates, or the name of the sub‑fund to which the meeting relates and that of the umbrella VCC of that sub‑fund; and
(b)
the date that the meeting was held.
