Affidavit and list of creditors under section 185 of IRDA
Subregulation 1
For the purposes of section 185(5) of the IRDA, the affidavit, stating that the notice of any meeting has been posted, must be in Form VCC(VWU)‑2.
Subregulation 2
For the purposes of section 185(9) of the IRDA, the list of creditors assembled to be used at every meeting must be in Form VCC(VWU)‑3.
