Modification of section 19 of Act
In the application of section 19 of the Act to a foreign corporate entity registered under Part 12 of the Act —
(a)
subsection (4)(c) and (d) of that section is omitted; and
(b)
the words “, duly signed by the subscriber or each subscriber and stating the number of shares that the subscriber has agreed to take,” in subsection (7) of that section are omitted.
