Modification of section 144 of Companies Act 1967 as applied by section 45 of Act

Section 144 of the Companies Act 1967 as applied by section 45 of the Act does not apply to a foreign corporate entity registered as a VCC under Part 12 of the Act for a period of 3 months immediately after the date of registration of the foreign corporate entity.
