Regulation 13A
Prescribed major payment institution in respect of prescribed payment service under section 23(1)(b) of Act
For the purposes of section 23(1)(b) of the Act —
(a)
every major payment institution that carries on a business of providing a digital payment token service is a prescribed major payment institution; and
(b)
a digital payment token service is a prescribed payment service.
