Regulation 13B

Prescribed licensee in respect of prescribed payment service under section 23(1)(c) of Act

For the purposes of section 23(1)(c) of the Act —

(a)

every standard payment institution that carries on a business of providing a digital payment token service is a prescribed licensee; and

(b)

a digital payment token service is a prescribed payment service.
