Prescribed circumstances under section 23U(2)(d) of Act
For the purpose of section 23U(2)(d) of the Act, section 23U(1) of the Act does not apply in relation to a return point that is a reverse vending machine, in the event of any malfunction of the reverse vending machine that requires special technical skills or tools to be rectified.
