Regulation 15
Prescribed period for retaining records under section 23V(2)(a) of Act
For the purposes of section 23V(2)(a) of the Act, the prescribed period for retaining records mentioned in section 23V(1) of the Act is 5 years after the record is made by the producer or 1 April 2026, whichever is later.
