Regulation 13
Services may be provided to patients only where ordered by requestor
In the provision of an applicable service, a licensee must not —
(a)
conduct a test for a patient who resides in Singapore; or
(b)
conduct a radiological examination in Singapore for a patient,unless a requestor orders the test or radiological examination for the patient.
