Regulation 15
Subregulation 1
A licensee must ensure that every personnel complies with the measures set out in the safety programme mentioned in regulation 14.
Subregulation 2
In addition, a clinical laboratory service licensee must ensure that every personnel complies with the chemical hygiene plan mentioned in regulation 23.
