Regulation 28
Handling of radiological images
A radiological service licensee must implement quality control measures for radiological images, including measures pertaining to all of the following:
(a)
acceptance and rejection of images including setting the criteria and ensuring compliance with the criteria;
(b)
analysis and review of rejected images, and keeping proper documentation of the reasons for the rejection;
(c)
traceability of images, including ensuring the correct tagging of the images to the patients.
