Subregulation 1
A clinical laboratory service licensee must, upon request by a requestor or patient, inform the requestor or patient of the following information:
the amount of each fee (including any administrative fee) that the clinical laboratory service licensee charges, or intends to charge, for any test or test panel;
in the case of a test panel, the tests that are included in that test panel.
Subregulation 2
A radiological service licensee must, upon request by a requestor or patient, inform the requestor or patient of the amount of each fee (including any administrative fee) that the licensee charges, or intends to charge, for any examination.
Subregulation 3
In this regulation, “test panel”, in relation to a clinical laboratory service, means a set of 2 or more tests provided as part of that service.
