Regulation 65
Subregulation 1
A licensee must, upon request by a patient or any person who intends to receive an assisted reproduction service from the licensee, inform the patient or person (as the case may be) of the applicable charges (including any administrative fee) for the assisted reproduction service.
Subregulation 2
The licensee may inform a patient of the charges under paragraph (1) in the form of a range of charges.
