Offences
Subregulation 1
A person who contravenes regulation 11(1) or (2), 15(a) or (b), 16(a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (j), (k) or (l), 18(1), (2), (3) or (4), 19, 20(1), (2), (3) or (4), 21, 22(1), 23, 24(1), 25(1), (2), (3), (4) or (5), 27(1), (4) or (5), 29, 30(1), 31(1) or (3), 34(1) or (3), 35, 38(1), 40, 41, 42(1), (2) or (3), 44(1), 46(1), 47(1), (2), (3) or (4), 52(1), 53(1), (2) or (3), 54(1), 56(1), 57(1), 58(1), 59 or 63(2) shall be guilty of an offence.
Subregulation 2
A person who is guilty of an offence under paragraph (1) shall be liable on conviction —
to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both; and
in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $1,000 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
