of Small Motorised Vehicles (Safety) (GIBSON — Exemption) Order 2026

Regulation 2

Definitions

In this Order —“specified person” means —

(a)

a person authorised by the Singapore Police Force established under section 3 of the Police Force Act 2004;

(b)

the Home Team Science and Technology Agency established under section 3 of the Home Team Science and Technology Agency Act 2019;

(c)

Botmind Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202347502C);

(d)

SIIX-AGT Medtech Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201508774G); or

(e)

A*STAR Research Entities (UEN 199702110H);“specified personal mobility device” means a personal mobility device that —

(a)

has 4 wheels;

(b)

is equipped with an electric motor which propels it;

(c)

is designed to be used for patrolling; and

(d)

is known as the GIBSON.

Definition

“specified person” means —

(a)

a person authorised by the Singapore Police Force established under section 3 of the Police Force Act 2004;

(b)

the Home Team Science and Technology Agency established under section 3 of the Home Team Science and Technology Agency Act 2019;

(c)

Botmind Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202347502C);

(d)

SIIX-AGT Medtech Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201508774G); or

(e)

A*STAR Research Entities (UEN 199702110H);

Definition

“specified personal mobility device” means a personal mobility device that —

(a)

has 4 wheels;

(b)

is equipped with an electric motor which propels it;

(c)

is designed to be used for patrolling; and

(d)

is known as the GIBSON.
