Definitions
Subregulation 1
In these Regulations —
Definition
“administrator”, in relation to an institution, means the individual who is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of the institution;

“ISBN” means International Standard Book Number;
Definition
“ISSN” means International Standard Serial Number;
Definition
“specified form”, in relation to any provision of the Act or of these Regulations, means the form specified on https://www.ipos.gov.sg for the purposes of the provision.
Subregulation 2
Unless it is otherwise provided, a reference to a section in these Regulations is a reference to a section in the Act.
