Section 226 — prescribed notice to person requiring electronic copy
A notice to Y under section 226(2)(g)(i) must —
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
in addition to the matters mentioned in section 226(2)(g)(i)(A) and (B), state both of the following matters:
(i)
that Y is only entitled to use the electronic copy communicated to Y for the purposes of Y’s own research or study;
(ii)
that Y must not use the electronic copy communicated to Y in any manner which might constitute a rights infringement in relation to the material mentioned in section 226(1)(a).
