Time and place of hearing of cases and interlocutory applications
of Copyright Tribunals (Procedure) Regulations 2021
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (2), the presiding member must fix a time and place for the hearing of a case or an interlocutory application in a case.
Subregulation 2
Paragraph (1) does not apply to —
a case, or an interlocutory application, in respect of which the Tribunal decides not to have a hearing; and
an interlocutory application under regulation 34.
Subregulation 3
The secretary must cause a notice of the time and place fixed under paragraph (1) to be served on —
each party to the case; and
each person (if any) who has applied to the Tribunal to be made a party to the case and whose application to be made a party has yet to be decided by a Tribunal.
